Adoptable T.O.S.

By proceeding with the payment you agree to these terms

• Available adopts

- You can claim the design by commenting on the post or private message me on the site where it's posted
- I typically post adopts on twitter, instagram and toyhouse
- I'll inform the acceptable currency(EUR, art, trade) on the posts but you are always welcome to ask if I haven't mentioned something
- These terms apply on custom designs too- Payment through paypal
- You'll receive the adopt once I've received the payment
- All adopts can be emailed, sent on private message on twitter or instagram or transferred on toyhouse- You may not use the adopt for any hateful purposes or portray them in a hateful situation
- You may not use my art for AI content
- You may not sell the adopt for more than You bought them for unless more art added
- You may not claim the art or design as yours
- Credit the design and art if needed, credits for the possible base You'll get from the post or you can ask me
- You may use the adopt for any personal use and redesign (including changing the gender, species, body type etc.) it however you like

Ordering

- Contact me on any social media via private messages or via email [email protected]- Give me all the details needed, otherwise I’ll take artistic liberty.
- For regular commissions I need at least a colored ref and the crop and shading for regular commissions.- I can do any species, humanoids and anthro or feral characters with enough references.
- My skills are limited and I'm not able to do complex backgrounds or textures/matter, also some body types or other things might not turn out as good as others
- If you have a certain pose, vibe, aesthetic or small detail in mind, let me know!- I don’t do NSFW (including fetish art but excluding topless characters in artistic nudity), major gore (nosebleeds etc small things are ok) or anything hateful

By proceeding with the payment you agree to these terms

Payment

- Payment is taken after I’ve sent a final sketch and You have approved it
- Changes are free at the sketch stage, I can redo the whole sketch once for free
- Payments are taken via my Ko-fi (You can ask about other payment options)- You may cancel the commission only at the sketch stage, before payment- I can cancel or deny a commission at any point
- No refunds unless you've paid too much money accidentally or I cancel the commission after payment

Other

- The usual turnaround time is ~5-21 days.
- Please note that I'm a full time university student so there can be things that might extend the turnaround time from the usual but I will try my best to inform You in advance.

- I'll send wips(work-in-progress updates) on the sketch and flat colour phases if needed.
- You may not upload the updates to public social media.
- You can ask updates but please do not spam or harass me about them.- You may post your commission with proper credit
- I'll most likely post your commission or use it as an example, but if you don’t want me to, please inform me!- You may not use my art for profit meaning You can’t sell products with my art on it or sell it forward (especially not as an NFT or for AI)
- You may use my art for pfp or header etc., credit is appreciated but not necessary
- You may not use my art for anything hateful
- You may not claim my art as made by you but You may trace/take inspiration for personal work.
